AbstractSimulated single-cell data are essential for designing and evaluating computational methods in the absence of experimental ground truth. Here we present scMultiSim, a comprehensive simulator that generates multimodal single-cell data encompassing gene expression, chromatin accessibility, RNA velocity and spatial cell locations while accounting for the relationships between modalities.

AbstractRemineralization is a common strategy for the repair of early demineralized tooth enamels, but the harsh dynamic oral environment often hampers its efficacy. Rapid remineralization is expected to address this challenge, however, the stabilizers of remineralization materials often resist their transformation required for repair.

Effect of water treatment on microstructure and magnon thermal transport in spin ladder compound Sr12Y2Cu24O41
The spin ladder compounds (Sr,Ca,La,Y)14Cu24O41, known for their large magnon thermal conductivity, show great promise for thermal management and spin caloritronic applications. However, these materials are unstable in humid air and can decompose when exposed to moisture. The effect of decomposition on magnon thermal transport in these materials remains unreported.
