AbstractThe design of functional materials with desired properties is essential in driving technological advances in areas like energy storage, catalysis, and carbon capture1–3. Generative models provide a new paradigm for materials design by directly generating novel materials given desired property constraints, but current methods have low success rate in proposing stable crystals or can only satisfy a limited set of property constraints 4−11.

The Spontaneous Directional Transformations of the Layers and Chemical Bonds : a Study Combining First-principle Calculations and Experiments We synthesized PtTe2 nanoflakes via chemical transformation utilizing Te nanoflakes as templates. Aberration-corrected transmission electron microscopy confirmed this assertion and revealed the distinctive in-plane layered structure of the synthesized PtTe2 nanoflakes.

Paper 2023/1156 Instant Zero Knowledge Proof of Reserve , Hofstra UniversityAbstract We present two zero knowledge protocols that allow one to assert solvency of a financial organization instantly with high throughput. The scheme is enabled by the recent breakthrough in lookup argument, i.e., after a pre-processing step, the prover cost can be independent of the lookup table size for subsequent queries.

    Paper 2023/881 Strict Linear Lookup Argument , Hofstra UniversityAbstract Given a table $\mathfrak{t} ∈ \mathbb{F}_N$ , and a commitment to a polynomial $f (X) \in $ $\mathbb{F}_{<n}[X]$ over a multiplicative subgroup $\mathbb{H} ⊂ \mathbb{F}$. The lookup argument asserts that $f |_{\mathbb{H}} ⊂ \mathfrak{t}$.
