The F. nucleatum strain (ATCC 25586) was obtained from the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center and cultured anaerobically (MGC, AnaeroPack) in brain heart infusion (Landbridge, CM917B) broth medium at 37 °C. The human CRC cell lines (HT29, SW480) and the mouse CRC cell line CT26 were purchased from the Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China) and preserved in liquid nitrogen.

AbstractLung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the major subtype of lung cancer. The poor prognosis of LUAD patients is attributed primarily to metastasis. ADAMTS16 is a crucial member of the ADAMTS family and is involved in tumor progression. However, its role and regulatory mechanism in LUAD remain unexplored. In this study, ADAMTS16 was identified as a crucial oncogene and survival predictor in LUAD via analyses of public datasets.
