Disturbance IntensityAccording to climate bulletins for Shenzhen from 2019 to 2022 and the annual distribution of rainfall (Figure 11), the western coastal area experienced a sharp decrease in precipitation in 2020 and 2021, leading to insufficient groundwater replenishment and the migration of the salt–freshwater interface toward the freshwater area, making it easier for seawater to intrude into the land.

1 INTRODUCTION Over the past two centuries, thousands of insect species have been transported worldwide (mostly unintentionally) and have colonized outside their native ranges (Liebhold et al., 2018). Invasive insects have significantly negatively affected agricultural productivity (Ziska et al., 2011), forest resources (Boyd et al., 2013), and human health (Juliano & Philip Lounibos, 2005), incurring considerable costs.
