AbstractStudies of ancient DNA from cemeteries provide valuable insights into early human societies, and have strongly indicated patrilocality1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Here, we analysed ancient DNA alongside archaeological contexts and multiple stable isotopic data from 60 individuals in 2 separate cemeteries at the Fujia archaeological site in eastern China, dating between 2750 and 2500 bce.

AbstractTumor cells adapt to the inflammatory tumor microenvironment (TME) and develop resistance to immunotherapy, with ferroptosis being a major form of tumor cell death. However, the mechanisms by which tumor cells coordinate TME stimuli and their unique metabolic traits to evade ferroptosis and develop resistance to immunotherapy remain unclear.

Abstract:Objective: In this paper, we aim to show that the immunogenicity of the lyophilized human rabies vaccine (Vero cells) (investigational vaccine) developed by Dalian Aleph Biomedical Co., Ltd. in healthy participants aged 10–60 years old is non-inferior to the lyophilized PVRV (positive control) manufactured by Liaoning Chengda Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shenyang, China), and that its safety is clinically acceptable.
