We recently realized that we accidentally duplicated the spleen histologies for the PBS and Podo-NP + CbP-NP + αCD40 groups in Figure S21 on Page S27 of the Supporting Information. We located the correct original histology file for the Podo-NP + CbP-NP + αCD40 group. The corrected Figure S21 is provided in the attached Supporting Information. This correction does not change the conclusions of this paper due to the presence of multiple redundant control groups. We apologize for the error.

AbstractThe low success rate of cancer nanomedicines has raised debate on the role of the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect on tumor deposition of nanotherapeutics. Here, we report a bifunctional nanoscale coordination polymer (NCP), oxaliplatin (OX)/2′,3′-cyclic guanosine monophosphate–adenosine monophosphate (GA), to overcome the EPR limitation through stimulator of interferon genes (STING) activation and enhance chemotherapeutic and STING agonist delivery for tumor eradication.
