Traditional non-renewable fossil energy is being depleted, the use of which leads to serious environmental crises [1]. Hence, it is imperative to replace traditional fossil energy with renewable clean energy [2], [3], [4]. Most sorts of renewable energy are intermittent and incapable of providing a stable supply, which can also be restricted by many factors such as day-night alternation, seasonal change, and geographical location [5], [6], [7].

AbstractModern rose (Rosa hybrida) is a recently formed interspecific hybrid and has become one of the most important and widely cultivated ornamentals. Here we report the haplotype-resolved chromosome-scale genome assembly of the tetraploid R. hybrida ‘Samantha’ (‘JACmantha’) and a genome variation map of 233 Rosa accessions involving various wild species, and old and modern cultivars. Homologous chromosomes of ‘Samantha’ exhibit frequent homoeologous exchanges.

Abstract:The strong dynamic disturbance in deep mines seriously affects the safe and efficient mining of deep resources. In this study, we used the creep disturbance impact loading system and acoustic emission system to conduct experiments on soft siltstone specimens under a combination of dynamic and static loads.
