1. IntroductionDandelion is a kind of nutritious wild vegetable, also named Taraxaci Herba by the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, as well as a general term used for various perennial herbaceous plants in the genus Taraxacum, family Asteraceae [1,2]. As a traditional Chinese medicine, dandelion is well known for its bitter and sweet taste, cold nature, and its ability to enter the liver and stomach meridians.
