1 Introduction The quest for room-temperature superconductors at ambient conditions presents a formidable scientific challenge with vast potential for diverse applications. However, ever since its discovery in mercury at 4.2 K by Onnes,[1] superconductivity has been achievable only at extremely low temperatures for a long time. Searching for higher Tc superconductors to break through low-temperature limitations has been a primary enduring goal for both theoretical and experimental scientists.
