Due to variations in fermentation levels, the color of the fermented grains undergoes changes, which makes it difficult to extract complete surface images using traditional image detection techniques such as color and texture.

1. IntroductionWith the rapid development of modern building technology, the requirements for the seismic performance of structures are also increasing, especially in earthquake–prone areas [1]. The propagation of seismic waves will cause a dynamic response in the building structure; seismic waves have multi–frequency and multi–directional characteristics, so that the vibration of the building structure will lead to seismic inertia and shear force [2].
