1 IntroductionChina's coastal waters host diverse and economically vital fish species, making them essential to fisheries and marine ecosystems ( Shan et al., 2020). However, they face significant sustainability challenges, including overfishing, habitat degradation, pollution, and climate change ( Xu and Zhang, 2022). Overfishing has particularly impacted key fish stocks, notably the black sea bream ( Acanthopagrus schlegelii), which once supported a thriving fishery ( Jiatong et al., 2021).

Hydrazone-linked Covalent Organic Frameworks for Fluorescence Detection of Hg2+ A hydrazone-linked COF (DvDf-C3XJ-COF) with hydrogen-bond reinforcement and abundant coordination sites was synthesized, exhibiting strong fluorescence and high sensitivity/selectivity for Hg²⁺ detection, with a detection limit of 1.65 × 10⁻⁶ M. The fluorescence quenching for Hg²⁺ is attributed to coordination interactions, which occur through a dynamic quenching process.

1. IntroductionWith the global emphasis on sustainable development and the depletion of marine resources [1,2], people have become increasingly concerned about how to use and manage marine resources more effectively while protecting the marine environment [3,4,5,6]. China has large ocean areas, and the marine sector is a significant aspect of the country’s economic development [7].
