Dear Editor, A 48-year-old otherwise healthy female presented a long time about 30-year history of slow-growing patches and plaques to dermatology for evaluation. She complained that the patches and plaques had grown rapidly with pain in the past 2 years. Any history of chronic diseases, systemic diseases, or similar family history was denied.
