Jiangsu Province is in southeastern China and has an area of 102.6 thousand square kilometres (Fig. 1A) [35]. In Jiangsu Province, there are 13 prefecture-level cities, and the permanent population reached 85.15 million by the end of 2022 (Fig. 1B) [36]. Regarding the number of imported malaria cases, Jiangsu Province has consistently ranked among the highest in China, with an annual number ranging from 90 to 405 between 2013 and 2020 [37].

Checkpoint immunotherapy has yielded meaningful responses across many cancers but has shown modest efficacy in advanced prostate cancer. B7 homolog 3 protein (B7-H3/CD276) is an immune checkpoint molecule and has emerged as a promising therapeutic target. However, much remains to be understood regarding B7-H3's role in cancer progression, predictive biomarkers for B7-H3-targeted therapy, and combinatorial strategies.

AbstractOver half of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cases diagnosed worldwide are in China1,2,3. However, whole-genome analysis of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-associated HCC in Chinese individuals is limited4,5,6,7,8, with current analyses of HCC mainly from non-HBV-enriched populations9,10. Abstract:Motor vehicle entrances/exits ensure the accessibility of traffic within urban construction projects, but the improper distance between adjacent sections can lead to vehicle queues at upstream or downstream intersections, causing congestion within the influence of the entrances and exits. It is necessary to improve the operational efficiency of entrances/exits and intersections of urban construction projects.
