2. Results 2.1. Screening of Clindamycin TargetsA total of 300 clindamycin targets were screened through the Swiss Target Prediction database and ranked from high to low according to the likelihood of the targets. The targets are shown in Supplementary Table S2. The target classes of the three compounds are shown in Figure 1. The target number of Family A G-protein-coupled receptor ranked first, as shown in Figure 1A,B.
