Human gastric cancer cell lines (AGS or MKN45) were purchased from the Cell Bank of the Shanghai Institute for Biological Science (Shanghai, China), and Homo sapiens embryonic kidney cell line 293T was purchased from the China Center for Type Culture Collection (Wuhan, Hubei, China), which were used in the experiments and cultured under standard conditions. 5 × 105 AGS or MKN45 cells were seeded into a 6-well plate per well for 24 h prior to transfection and the cells were cultured overnight.

1. IntroductionStroke is the main cause of death and physical disability worldwide, and over 80% of stroke cases are ischemic due to cerebral artery occlusion [1,2]. Among the current clinical methods for treating ischemic stroke, revascularization and unblocking the occluded blood vessels is commonly used to treat acute ischemic stroke. However, this treatment can also lead to ischemia/reperfusion injury [3].
