Molten aluminum doping porous silicon anodes enable high initial coulombic efficiency and stability The aluminum-doped porous silicon was produced by a molten salt reaction. It showed accelerated lithium-ion diffusion kinetics and excellent structural stability. The pSi-Al significantly reduced the charge/ion transport resistance and first lithium capture by Al doping. It also affected the generation of SEI in the cycle and promoted the formation of LiF.
