To evaluate a circuit with arbitrary depth, bootstrapping is needed. However, despite the recent progress, bootstrapping of BGV/BFV still remains relatively impractical, compared to other FHE schemes. In this work, we inspect the BGV/BFV bootstrapping procedure from a different angle.
