Performance AssessmentThe enhanced forest fire semantic segmentation model, built upon DeepLabV3+, integrates defogging optimization to generate defogging maps and forest fire segmentation simultaneously. In Figure 9, the green box highlights the area with flames, which is the target for segmentation. Image a shows the original input images used in the foggy forest fire segmentation task.
