It’s a quote from The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: the beautiful purple line puisque c’est ma rose, styled in my partner’s handwriting. Neither my partner nor I read the book until our undergrad years, so our appreciation for it is not, primarily, as children’s literature.
