    LINCOLN — Mason McConnaughey struck out six and gave up one run in four innings to lead the White team to a 9-2 victory in the first game of Nebraska's Red-White Series at Haymarket Park on Friday night. Will Jesske had three hits and drove in two runs for the White team, which pulled away with four runs in the top of the third inning. Red starter Drew Christo walked Rhett Stokes, who advanced to third base on a fielding error by shortstop Jaron Cotton.
