The Omaha World-Herald serves as the main daily newspaper for Nebraska and parts of southwest Iowa, with its headquarters located in Omaha, Nebraska. For many years, it was widely distributed across Nebraska and in areas of Kansas, South Dakota, Missouri, Colorado, and Wyoming. However, in 2008, its distribution was limited to the eastern third of Nebraska and western Iowa.
