SaturdayThe Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity Restore Easter Egg Hunt starts at 9 a.m. at the Restore location at the Greeley Mall, Unit D05. The egg hunt for 0-5 year olds kicks things off.

The second annual Ray Esola Memorial Sporting Clay Tournament is scheduled for Sunday, May 3 at Great Guns Sporting, 16126 Weld County Road 96, Nunn. Registration includes breakfast from Luna’s Tacos and Tequila and 100 clay targets spread out at 15 different stations. Slaughter Roofing will provide snacks, and Pepsi and Eagle Rock Distributing will provide drinks. Georgia Boys BBQ is the lunch sponsor.

The first-ever Aims Community College Spotlight Speaker series doesn’t start until September, but tickets are on sale now to see four distinguished speakers. Amy Cuddy will be the first speaker of the series, taking the stage Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the Aims Welcome Center, 4901 W. 20th St., Greeley. All the speakers in the series will start at 7 p.m. at the Welcome Center.

National Day of Prayer events will begin at noon and 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 1 in Greeley. The public is welcome to attend the events, with the noon gathering set to take place outside the Weld County Courthouse, 901 9th Ave. Greeley City Manager Raymond C. Lee III, Greeley Police Chief Adam Turk, Greeley Fire Chief Brian Kuznik and other community leaders are expected to attend the noon event, according to the organizer.
