MATERIALS AND METHODSThe parental cell lines (MCF7-pa and T47D-pa) were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC; Rockville, MD, USA), and the palbociclib-resistant cell lines (MCF7-palR and T47D-palR) were established as previously described (21). MCF7-pa, MCF7-palR, and human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cell lines were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) (Gibco, USA) with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) (HyClone, USA).
