Drilling operations had been completed at the Elektra-1 well in Block 5 of the exclusive economic zone of Cyprus, it said. The bodies of seven people trying to illegally enter Europe were recovered off Cyprus on Monday after authorities mounted a search and rescue operation following the capsize of a boat, Cyprus's state broadcaster said.
