The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDoT) has installed new higher visibility stop signs at the corner of 82 Highway, North Washington and Mulerider Trail. David Archer, a District Engineer, said that after receiving questions about the safety of the intersection ARDoT looked into what they could do to decrease car crashes. Archer said that while they could not get a light installed at the intersection, they tried to make the signs more visible at night.
