Proposition 131 on Colorado’s November ballot proposes significant changes to how many high-profile elections would be conducted. If passed by voters, the measure would apply to races for state offices (including for statewide officials and the legislature) and federal representatives to Congress. Editor’s Note: Election results are unofficial until time has elapsed for military ballots to be returned and a canvass of the election has been completed. The City of Burlington has released the unofficial results from last Tuesday’s municipal election. This election was for three open city council seats and the mayoral position. According to Burlington City Clerk Georgia Gilley, there were 379 total ballots cast.
