Business Matters is a UK-based monthly publication focused on delivering business news tailored for owners of small and medium enterprises. Launched in London by EMAP, the magazine made its debut in February 1987. In 2007, Clearsight Publishing (now known as Capital Business Media) acquired the magazine, leading to an expansion in its size and distribution. They also introduced an online version along with a dedicated website. By 2008, the magazine's readership had grown to 147,000 each month.
