    FinTechAppointmentsFinTech giant Revolut has appointed Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier as the CEO for its new Western Europe headquarters in Paris.     EdTechDealsMarTechMarketing and tech firm Brave Bison Group plc is set to complete a £19m swoop for EdTech MiniMBA. Brave Bison, owner of Social Chain, entered into exclusive negotiations with Centaur Media plc on 9th May. The parties have now agreed the deal. London-based eLearning business MiniMBA provides MBA-level tuition through an online learning platform to around 6,000 delegates every year and has trained almost 40,000 professionals since inception.

    RetailTHG PLC has reported a return to group revenue growth in the second quarter of the financial year. In a statement ahead of its AGM, the listed retailer – which comprises the MyProtein sports nutrition brand, Lookfantastic beauty website and City AM newspaper – said trading had been much improved across both its beauty and nutrition divisions. Its FY 2025 guidance remains unchanged.

The partnership with NatWest and Chenavari Investment Managers triples its existing debt facility as it looks to rapidly scale its direct-to-consumer solution. It says the approach, which eliminates the need for traditional intermediaries, makes car finance simple, accessible and affordable. Customer numbers have doubled year-on-year.
