City Council last year approved a Special Use Permit for the Blackstone Building for a Planned Unit Development at the corner of Riverside Drive and Vandola Road. The Vandola Crescent Project will include over 300 two- and three-story town and patio homes, with some designated for workforce housing and others for adults 55 and up.
