City Limits

City Limits is a nonprofit media organization located in New York City. With a history spanning 36 years, it has focused on investigative journalism that highlights civic issues impacting the city's low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, along with insights on broader urban policy matters. In May 2012, City Limits transitioned to an entirely digital format, launching the online news platform Brooklyn Bureau, backed by the Brooklyn Community Foundation. Additionally, it expanded by acquiring the Bronx News Network to establish the Bronx Bureau.
