AM New York Metro (styled as amNewYorkMetro) is a complimentary daily newspaper distributed in the morning in New York City, published by Schneps Media. As reported by the company, the average circulation on Fridays in September 2013 reached 335,900 copies. When it debuted on October 10, 2003, AM New York became the first free daily newspaper in New York City. In 2019, Schneps Media purchased AM New York, and in 2020, it merged with Metro New York to form AM New York Metro.
