BALING: A police corporal accused of keeping a stolen fridge and water purifier in 2022 has been acquitted by the magistrates’ court here which ruled that the prosecution failed to prove its case. Iskandar Zulfekhar Musa, 36, attached to the Kupang police station, walked free after magistrate Najwa Che Mat found insufficient evidence against him after reviewing testimonies from prosecution witnesses and written submissions from both sides.
