This week’s trio follows the usual format of a road car one-make in the first slot and events for the Gr.4 and Gr.3 cars in the other two, with a little strategy thrown into the mix for the last event. For Race A this week you’ll be taking on the Brands Hatch Indy Circuit over an eight-lap blast in the madcap Renault Sport Clio V6.

After learning about it a little sooner than was expected, the partnership between Gran Turismo and the nascent Xiaomi Auto brand has been officially revealed at the GT World Series event in London. Announced on-stage ahead of the Manufacturers Cup event by Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi and Xiaomi head of vehicle dynamics Zhoucan Ren, the collaboration will see the brand’s record-breaking SU7 Ultra sedan added to Gran Turismo 7 soon, ahead of a Vision GT vehicle.

The first live event in the 2025 Gran Turismo World Series is upon us, as the first of the season’s four in-person events gets underway from a brand-new location in London, UK. As with the 2024 season, the first three rounds — each from new venues — will take place over a single day, with only a brief gap between the Manufacturers Cup, starting at 1440 UTC, and the Nations Cup at 1740 UTC.
