    Burlington, N.J. - Burlington Stores Inc. has gone shopping in bankruptcy court again - just as it did after the legacy Bed Bath & Beyond business collapsed in 2023. The off-price retailer has snapped up leases for 45 former Joann locations, according to reports from Retail Dive and other outlets. Burlington will take possession of the units in May and June. Fabric and craft retailer Joanne filed for bankruptcy last January and shortly began liquidation of its roughly 800 stores.
