This 1,800 square foot ranch style home was long outdated by the time Nina Grauer, who co-founded Dekay & Tate Interiors with Eleanor Trepte, purchased it. Grauer also had big dreams for the house, as it had to serve double duty, both as her personal home as well as the firm’s Palm Beach showroom and design space.
