The sentences, for aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, will run concurrently at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Officials say in August 2024, Rodriguez sexually assaulted his 11-year-old stepdaughter while she was playing games on his phone.
