    After a fairly warm but windy day on Monday, National Weather Service forecasters are predicting an "active" weather week that may include some severe storms. The agency posted the following on its website: An active week ahead with daily chances for showers and even a few thunderstorms. Temperatures warm through mid-week before falling behind a cold front Wednesday evening. Wednesday will be the most active day and severe thunderstorms cannot be completely ruled out at this time.

ORIGINAL STORY:The Laramie Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding three juvenile runaways. Police in a Facebook post published at 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, said they were looking for Nevaeh Vialpando and Janessa Trujillo. "They are believed to be together at this time," the post reads.

    Back in March 2018, I had the distinct opportunity and pleasure to see the award winning comedian, Trevor Noah, perform live in Laramie at the University of Wyoming. The tour ended up being the same material that was used on his now mega-hit, Netflix stand up special, Son of Patricia. While the entire show was intelligently funny and thought provoking, there was one bit that has stuck with me to this day.

    Three nonresident anglers from California pleaded guilty to exceeding trout possession limits and violating size restrictions while fishing the North Platte River in Saratoga. This per a news release from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. The investigation began on Nov. 12, 2024, when 32 vacuum-sealed brown trout, 18 of which exceeded the 16-inch size limit, and one rainbow trout were discovered in a Saratoga resident's freezer.
