Per the Bureau Of Justice Statistics, 62 percent of all persons imprisoned by states had been sentenced for violent offenses. 66 percent of male inmates are serving time for violent crimes. According to reports, on Friday, April 11th, Raymundo Juan Reyes Cornelio was arrested and charged for the rape of a child after the girl, who was 11-years-old at the time, gave birth to a baby boy on February 14th.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Newark, New Jersey, have arrested a sushi restaurant owner who was allegedly a spy for China. According to the New York Post, 61-year-old Ming Xi Zhang, also know as "Sushi John," was arrested on March 24th. Zhang is the owner of Ya Ya Noodles in Montgomery Township. In April of 2024, Zhang was convicted of acting as an unregistered agent of the Chinese government and sentenced to three years' probation.
