The vehicles mainly belonged to anglers taking advantage of the access to a section of Bald Eagle Creek delineated as Keystone Select – and stocked with buckets full of big trout. It should be no surprise that anglers flock to the state’s Keystone Stocked Trout Waters, because they provide excellent catch-and-release fishing for large trout.
