The plans come from the West Sussex Charge point Network, a collaboration between the county council, its district and borough partners, and Connected Kerb. A father and daughter from Littlehampton RNLI Lifeboat Station attended their first shout together as volunteer crew last week (11 April). Jason Collins and Sophie Collins, from Angmering, were members of the volunteer crew from Littlehampton RNLI who were tasked by HM Coastguard at 2.20pm to assist a sinking jet ski near Littlehampton Harbour. Jason started volunteering at Littlehampton RNLI in 2017. Sophie followed in his footsteps when she joined the crew in August last year.

Horsham District Council has successfully prosecuted Billingshurst-based caravan park owners Petty Char Limited who own and run the Petty Char Court Mobile Home Park near the village. Petty Char have failed to comply with two Compliance Notices to improve their sewage disposal systems and their surface water drainage schemes for the site, in addition to other breaches of their site licence.
