    Experts say spring dryness could go either wayDue to dry conditions, burn restrictions and fire risks have popped up in several areas of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Some might point to a dry winter as the cause of dry spring conditions, but Twin Cities Meteorologist Nick Carletta says there’s more to it than that.     The Osceola wrestling team had the most wrestlers of any conference school which was named to the first team all-conference. The Chieftains had eight selections, while St. Croix Central, Ellsworth, and Amery had four each. All eight will return: Juniors Talon Berg and Logan Meyer, sophomores Hunter Kromrey, Isaac Dunnom, Wyatt Hastings, and freshmen Malakai Barker, Cody Meyer and Elliot Havlish.
