    After spending the last 3 years as a business student, yesterday it all came to an end with the writing of my last exam so I guess I’m now officially unemployed! Who wants to face that on an empty stomach!? 😉 I’m not normally a big morning eater but we went out to an early supper last night and I woke up famished today.     Originally published march 2012. When developing the recipe for this lobster bisque with roasted tomato and fennel, I was reminded of the first lobster bisque I ever tasted. It was served at Chateau Montebello Hotel in Montebello, Quebec many years ago.Not being a big fan of different seafood dishes at the time, I was very impressed by the rich soup with the lightly herbed flavour of tarragon. I credit that bisque with making me more open to different seafood flavours.
