Published by IPC Media, it is currently edited by Owain Jones, who succeeded the long-time editor Paul Morgan in January 2012. Morgan was highly regarded in the field, and under his leadership, the magazine became the best-selling rugby magazine globally. The magazine has seen a surge in popularity, especially after the Rugby Union World Cup in 2003, which sparked greater interest in the sport around the world.
