Two Shreveport area residents are among the 11 people indicted by a federal grand jury over allegations they took part in an international conspiracy to commission videos depicting the torture and sexual abuse of monkeys. Brady Shellhammer, known online as “Beglu” or “Bbbeglu,” was arrested May 7 in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Victoria Haskins, who allegedly used the aliases “Cat Face” and “Sparkles Fancy Pants,” was taken into custody May 15 in the Shreveport area, according to court records.
