SPACE.com
Space.com is a website dedicated to news about space and astronomy. Its articles are frequently shared with other news organizations, such as CNN, MSNBC, Yahoo!, and USA Today. Founded in July 1999 by former CNN anchor Lou Dobbs and Rich Zahradnik, Space.com quickly gained traction. At the time, Dobbs held a significant stake in the company and made headlines when he decided to leave CNN later that year to take on the role of CEO for Space.com. This unexpected career shift sparked considerable media interest and discussion.

Easter Sunday certainly won't be a day of rest for the astronomy community. All eyes will be on NASA's asteroid-studying Lucy spacecraft, which is due to have a close encounter at 1:51 p.m. EDT (1751 GMT) on April 20, 2025. Launched in 2021, Lucy is on a 12-year journey to the orbit of Jupiter, during which the probe will perform flybys of eight Trojan asteroids in a quest to learn about the origins of the solar system, searching for elements that could spark the rise of life.

That is, this NASA sun-studying mission, named PUNCH, is technically made up of four small satellites that are strategically distributed in our planet's orbit. The quartet is designed, however, to work together as a single instrument with the power to decode some of our star's biggest mysteries.
