Amended during the Monday, April 7 meeting was Section 5113 to include an administrative fee, failure to appear fee and technology fee after a second reading. The amended version was read during the Monday, March council meeting. * The administrative fee of $50 shall be added to the total fine for each citation issued by the City of Nahunta Police Department.
