The Brewers Association is a collective created by brewers, for brewers. It includes over 5,300 breweries from the United States and 46,000 members from the American Homebrewers Association. In addition to these, it also consists of those in related industries, beer distributors, individuals, and other associate members, along with the dedicated staff of the Brewers Association.

S.B. 3801 seeks to the holder of a limited brewery license to operate up to 15 salesrooms apart from the brewery premises and to sell and deliver their draft beer and products in original containers for consumption on the salesroom premises. Licensees would be prohibited from jointly controlling and operating salesrooms.
