The Catholic Channel

The Catholic Channel is a radio station dedicated to Roman Catholic lifestyle, available on Sirius XM Satellite Radio (Channel 129) and managed by the Archdiocese of New York. It features live broadcasts of daily and Sunday Mass from St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City, along with engaging talk shows, educational content, and a selection of music. In 2018, the channel expanded its offerings to include an additional Sunday Mass from the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles, California. Listeners can also catch live broadcasts of University of Notre Dame football games. A significant portion of the programming includes call-in talk shows hosted by well-known Catholic figures. One popular show is The Busted Halo Show, hosted by a priest from the Paulist Fathers, where discussions cover topics such as Catholic teachings, current events, politics, humor, mental health, and family matters. Additionally, Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan, the Archbishop of New York, co-hosts a weekly one-hour program, adding to the channel's diverse offerings.
