The Cowboys are still the NFL media's punching bag. Surprise, surprise. You can make a strong case that the most significant need for the Dallas Cowboys going into the 2025 offseason was finding a No. 2 option in the passing game. All of the other top teams in the NFC (Eagles, Lions, Vikings, Rams, 49ers, etc.) all have multiple options in the passing game, but that wasn’t the case for the Cowboys in 2023.

For the first time in the Dak Prescott era, the Dallas Cowboys are not expected to make the playoffs. Most sportsbooks have the Cowboys' win total set at 7.5, with a few moving that number up to 8.5 over the last months. This is a massive development for Dallas. If the Dallas Cowboys are going to make it back to the postseason this year, they will need their offensive line to take a significant step forward. Many draft experts believed that he could have been a first-round pick as he was the No. 22 player on The Athletic’s Consensus Big Board. The tape for Ezeiruaku was fantastic, and his performance during the 2025 Senior Bowl solidified his spot inside the top 50 picks.

ByJerry Trotta|1 hour agoIt is hard not to be thrilled by what the Dallas Cowboys have accomplished with their first three picks of the NFL Draft. Between Tyler Booker, Donovan Ezeiruaku and Shevon Revel, the Cowboys arguably got three top 30-40 players in the class depending on who you ask. While Revel has some injury concerns as he recovers from a torn ACL, this class so far as oodles of upside. There is still work to be done, however.
