The New Times
The New Times is an English-language newspaper in Rwanda that serves the entire nation. It was founded in 1995, soon after the conclusion of the 1994 Rwanda genocide. The publication is privately owned and has two shareholders. Additionally, they publish a weekly newspaper in Kinyarwanda called Izuba Rirashe.
